Deeksha Arya, President, BSS

Deeksha is a professional Bharatanatyam and Mohiniattam dancer trained under Guru Smt.Nirmala Madhava, Guru Smt. Usha Datar, and Guru Smt. Dhanya Santhosh. She has performed in numerous prestigious occasions across India and in Montreal. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Computer Science at McGill University and is determined to maintain a perfect balance between both her professional careers. A strong believer in sharing art, she looks forward to a wonderful year of BSS events that will bring Gurus, Artists, Students, and Art appreciators together to celebrate the rich Indian arts and culture.
